Philippine Nikkei Jins or Filipinos of/with Japanese blood has opportunities to live, work and be accorded with welfare benefits in Japan had they known that there is such benefits that they can acquire.

1. Koseki Tohon of the First Generation
2. Koseki Tohon of the Second Generation (if the Second Generation is listed)
3. Family Tree (Regardless of dead or alive, from the First Generation to all descendants at present)
4. Statement of Profile (Detailed history of First Generation, Second Generation and Spouses; Nationality, whether SecondGeneration chosen/obtained Philippine nationality or other nationality; Japanese relatives in Japan)
5. NSO Birth Certificate of the spouse of the First Generation
6. NSO Marriage Contract of the First Generation
7. NSO Birth Certificate of the Second Generation
8. NSO Birth Certificate of the spouse of the Second Generation
9. Marriage Contract of the Second Generation
10. NSO Certificate of Death (if the First or Second Generation is dead)
11. Documents to prove the relationship with the First Generation and relatives in Japan
(such as photos and/or passport of the First Generation, Letters which are exchanged with relatives in
Japan)
12. Family Photos of the First Generation and the Second Generation
13. Documents to prove the relationship between the First Generation and the present
descendants
